The Position: Executive Sous Chef
Thorough hands on approach, develop and promote learning for all back of house employees.
Upholding the highest standards of food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of staff and guests.
Assist the Chef de Cuisine with weekly specials.
Ensure consistent execution of company policies.
Manage labor hours and kitchen waste.
Teach Corner Table Restaurants Core Values to all new hires and existing team.
Attend all necessary senior management meetings in the absence of the Chef De Cuisine.

The base pay range for this position is a salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
